stayAPT Suites celebrated the opening of its Morrisville, North Carolina, hotel with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, May 26. Industry veteran and stayAPT Suites President and CEO Gary A. DeLapp led the ceremony alongside stayAPT Suites leadership team and hotel staff, marking the opening of the new national long-term lodging brand’s fifth location.
The opening marks the second North Carolina offering from the apartment-style hotel brand, which features a signature layout with a living room, full size, eat-in kitchen with full-size appliances, and separate bedroom. stayAPT Suites is located less than 10 minutes from Raleigh-Durham (RDU) International Airport, in the heart of the RTP region —and close to Durham, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh.
“Our apartment-style living experience provides unmatched accommodations for the people who travel for business,” said DeLapp. “The Research Triangle Park is a growing home to some of the world’s top brands like Cisco, IBM, and Pfizer and we’re excited to provide sizable, comfortable accommodations while travelers are away from home.”
Beyond the rooms, guests can enjoy the outdoor courtyard area featuring a fire pit with a seating area and a grilling space – the perfect setting to wind down at the end of the day.
The opening of the new RTP location is part of stayAPT Suites’ aggressive expansion strategy, with plans to complete 100 corporate-owned and 200+ franchised locations throughout the country within the next five years.
The new location at 1009 Lower Shiloh Way, Morrisville, North Carolina, 27560, is now accepting reservations.
